Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is exclusively aimed at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership that acts in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase contract is concluded with Susanne Kern.

By listing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer for the conclusion of a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation via email once again.

3. Contract language, storage of contract text

The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Polish

We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.

4. Delivery Conditions

4.1 Shipping Costs

In addition to the listed product prices, there will be Standard shipping plus shipping costs of 5.49 euros.

4.2 Delivery Options

We ship the products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.

We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

5. Payment

5.1 Prices

The prices stated at the time of ordering apply. These are total prices and include the statutory value-added tax.

5.2 Payment Methods

In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you.

Prepayment
When selecting the payment method prepayment, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after payment has been received.

Credit Card
In the ordering process, you will provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

SEPA Direct Debit Procedure
By placing your order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you at least one banking business day in advance about the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). A banking business day is any weekday except Saturdays, nationwide public holidays, and December 24th and 31st of each year. The account debit will occur before the goods are shipped.

PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further instructions will be provided during the ordering process.

PayPal may offer additional payment options in the customer account to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. However, we have no influence over the offering of these options; any individually offered payment options relate to your legal relationship with PayPal. Invoice
The invoice amount is due 30 days after receipt of the invoice and the goods via bank transfer to the bank account specified in the invoice. We reserve the right to offer purchase on account only after a successful credit check.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

7. Agreement on the Use of Trusted Shops Buyer Protection

You can secure orders placed with us for free up to an order value of 100 euros through the buyer protection of Trusted Shops SE. In addition, Trusted Shops offers a paid protection option in collaboration with a guarantor. 8. Dispute Resolution
