Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SUSIE SMILE, Forellenring 121, 91325 Adelsdorf, Germany, support@susiesmile.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website www.susiesmile.de/Withdrawal. If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by email).
To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly assumed if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender relies on our involvement regarding the financing. If the loan has already been received by us at the time the revocation becomes effective, your lender will assume our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you regarding the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if this contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, currencies, or derivatives).
If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan agreement if you have a right of withdrawal for that as well.
