Return an item

You can return items to us up to 30 days after receiving your order.

 

How do I return items?

All items you wish to return must be in perfect condition. All labels must still be attached to the goods. Please pack all items in their original packaging.

Start the return process on the website and simply follow the instructions. You can then drop off your return at a parcel shop.

 

Shipping costs

We are happy to cover the shipping costs to your home. However, the costs for the return shipping are to be borne by the customer.

 

Refunds

As soon as your return has reached our warehouse and has been processed by our quality inspection, we will initiate your refund.

If you have chosen a refund via the original payment method, it may take up to 7 business days for the amount to be refunded to your account, depending on the bank.
